Wie bekannt wurde hat Ungarn die E-Zigarette, im Zuge der Umsetzung der TPD2 in nationales Recht, verbannt.
- Dampfen wird dem Rauchen gleichgestellt
- Alle Liquids, auch Nikotinlose, sind von der Regelung betroffen
- Verkauf nur noch in Nationalen Tabakläden
- Dampfen an öffentlichen Plätzen verboten => wegen dem angeblichen Passivdampf
- Kein Onlineverkauf
- Keine Werbung für E-Zig, auch nicht indirekt
Das alles unter dem Deckmäntelchen des Jugendschutzes, der Gesundheit und dem Einfluss der WHO.

Hungarian Parliament voted the ban of the e-cigarettes use (from 1st January 2016) and sale from May 2016
The new law is equally regulate the e-cigarettes with or without nicotine, having a new definition for the nicotine free version:imitation tobacco products.
The new rule treats vaping as smoking, bans vaping in public spaces and sends vapers to designated smoking areas to inhale the second hand smoke of tobacco users, all in the name of health protection. It also forces all current vendors to terminate their businesses and delegates the trade rights exclusively into the hands of the national tobacco shops (owned mostly by friends and families of the current regime, also of course counter-interested in providing proper goods and service for vapers), all in the name of youth protection. It also bans online sales in the name of youth protection. So they want to stop the e-cigarette market and want to sell traditional cigarettes only in their monopolised „National Tobacco Shops”
